• Intake session

  $300 + GST

  Each party is responsible for their own costs, unless otherwise agreed.

• Face to face mediation

  $550 + GST per party

  Half day (up to 4 hours)

  $1100 + GST per party

  Full day (up to 8 hours)

  Each party is responsible for their own costs, unless otherwise agreed.

  Includes preparation time, refreshments, all materials and equipment, 60i Certificate (if applicable).

• Online mediation

  $400 + GST per party

  Half day (up to 4 hours)

  $800 + GST per party

  Full day (up to 8 hours)

  Each party is responsible for their own costs, unless otherwise agreed.

  Includes preparation time and 60i Certificate (if applicable).

• Additional fees

  Room Hire

  Additional room hire fees for the mediation session vary depending on location and time allocated and include refreshments.

  Room hire is shared between the parties unless otherwise agreed.

  Overtime Rate (per hr) $120 + GST per party

  The mediator will keep track of time and will give parties notice if the mediation looks like it will go into overtime.
